Established in 2006 in Hyderabad, CEHM was formed under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Act with a mission to promote, develop, and educate in the field of Electro Homeopathy Medical Science. Operating under the management of the Asian Institute of Electropathy Medical Science, CEHM functions from its campus at Barkatpura, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, equipped with modern infrastructure, laboratories, and experienced faculty.
Electro Homeopathy Is a growing place within India’s alternative medical systems. Over the years, multiple court judgments and government communications have reaffirmed its legitimacy and practice rights
● The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in Special Leave Appeal No. 23572/2009 (dated
10.08.2009), held that there is no ban on the medical practice of Electro Homeopathy.
● The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, issued Letter No.
C.30011/22/2010-HR (dated 21.06.2011) to all State Health Secretaries, directing them
to recognize Electro Homeopathy in their respective States and Union Territories.
● The Rajasthan State Legislative Assembly passed “The Rajasthan Electropathy System
of Medicine Bill, 2018” (Bill No. 13 of 2018), officially recognizing Electropathy in that
State.
● In Telangana, the matter of recognition of Electro Homeopathy remains under
consideration by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Government of
Telangana.
These developments collectively reinforce that the education and practice of Electro Homeopathy remain legal in India and Telangana, pending formal recognition.
